Step 1. Opportunities are at heart of a sales cycle
Step 2. Go to menu and click on opportunities icon
Step 3. To change view click on drop down
Step 4. You can change from grid to board view
Step 5. Simply move opportunity stages with drag and drop

1.Opportunities are at heart of a sales cycle

Opportunities are at the heart of a sales cycle. You must master art of qualifying, and managing opportunity through various stages. You need to take a look at opportunity every day and focus on next steps to close.

2.Go to menu and click on opportunities icon

Go to menu and click on opportunities icon. This will open default view (Recently Viewed)

3.To change view click on drop down

To change view click on drop down in front of recently viewed screen. For example to see opportunity stages click on my opportunites.

4.You can change from grid to board view

You can change from grid to board view by clicking on icons at upper right hand corner of screen

5.Simply move opportunity stages with drag and drop

Simply move opportunity stages with drag and drop. Just hold and drag from one column and drop into another. You can always move it back or move it forward.

6.Add a new opportunity with new button click

Add a new opportunity with new button click. New button is located at upper right corner.

7.Enter data for the create opportunity

Enter data for the create opportunity. Ensure that you are capturing stage and type and associating opportunity to an account.

8.Track next steps with activity, collaboration and details

Track next steps with activity, collaboration and details. If you don’t track you won’t know what is happening and what is working with the opportunity. Track call, tasks with details.

9.Track contact role, file, notes and products

Track contact role, file, notes and products. You can have more than one contact for a given opportunity.

10.You must close an opportunity

You must close an opportunity. It can be closed won or lost but you need to close it.
